We just completed a transaction with Don and Theresa where as we sold our house through them in South Lake Tahoe. They are great! Have lived in the area for years and everyone in town knows and likes them. Thus they can give a lot of references for plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc..I would highly recommend them if you are planning to buy or sell. BTW, we even bought our home through them 13 years ago.
