When comparing the first 3 quarters of 2019 to 2018, we find the following market trends for the Tahoe Sierra neighborhood:
The number of sales decreased by just one but both the median and average sale price saw a drop in value. The list to sale price ratio also decreased and the average days on the market went up in 2019. The dollar per square foot, however, did go up a little in price.
