When comparing the 3rd quarter market statistics from 2019 to 2018 in the Stateline neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe, we find that the average sale price, number of sales and average dollar per square foot all increased in 2019. However, the list to sale price ratio decreased and the average days on the market went up.
While most neighborhoods have seen an increase in inventory this year, the month’s supply of homes on the market has gone down in 2019 for the Stateline neighborhood when compared to the 2 previous years.
