This popular area is located near the entrance to the Tahoe Keys and can also be accessed from Emerald Bay Highway. There are approximately 400 homes throughout this neighborhood offering a variety of size, age and style. The majority of these homes were built between the 1960’s and the 1980’s however, during the 2000’s there was a drive among locals to build newer homes closer to town.
