The Heavenly Valley neighborhood saw mostly positive notes in almost all the categories we follow. Both the average and median home prices increased. The average increased by 8% while the median increased by 26.6%. The number of closed sales only went down by 24.4%. The days on the market (the time between listing and close of escrow) went down by 15.1% while the average dollar per square foot went up.
