As we are seeing in most neighborhoods in South Lake Tahoe, there has been a huge increase for the Bijou 1 & 2 neighborhoods in the number of sales, the average sale price, dollar per square foot and average list to sale price ratio when comparing last year’s first quarter to this year in 2021. The months supply and inventory of homes on the market has also gone down this year making it a sellers market for the Bijou area.
