Summer, winter, spring or fall, this classic Tahoe cabin is ideal for those seeking the solitude and tranquility found in the Sierra Nevadas. 3775 Overlook is located at the foot of Heavenly Mountain Ski Resort and is on a quiet cul-de-sac with just a few homes, big forests and lake views. One of the areas most popular sledding hills is just one door down. Many of the surrounding homes within this Heavenly neighborhood are worth at least twice the price. Upon entering this cabin, a smile will spread across your face. The first thing you will notice are the lofty pine ceilings accented by nearly floor to ceiling windows. And beyond those windows, a large wrap around deck as well as lake and forest views.
The main floor features an open living room, dining area and kitchen. All three areas take advantage of the large brick fireplace. Beyond the kitchen and living room are the first guest bedroom and guest bath. The bath can be accessed by both the bedroom or the kitchen area. Downstairs are the spacious master bedroom and master bath as well as the second guest bath and third bathroom. The master bedroom has a separate entrance leading onto an area that would make an ideal hot tub or grotto area.
