The highest priced new escrow is $899,000 for 601 Lucerne, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2388 square feet. The median pending sale price is $329,900 with an average time on market of 17 days.

The number of closed sales this past week was 11, up from the previous week’s 8. The lowest sale price was $204,000 for 1471 Chinquapin, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1632 square feet. The highest sale price was $595,000 for 770 Algonquin, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 3009 square feet. The median sale price was $316,500 and the average time on the market (including the escrow period) was 149 days.
