South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market Update, Nov. 5- Nov. 11
Great news this week – NEW SNOW and a positive real estate report. The South Lake Tahoe real estate market showed 11 NEW LISTINGS this past week, down from the previous week’s 14. The lowest priced new listing is $217,000 for 715 Tata, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 864 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1,999,000 for 2130 Inverness, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath with 3236 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $365,000.
There were 14 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, the same amount as last week. The lowest priced new escrow is $159,900 for 3515 Ferndale, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1196 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $695,000 for 765 Lakeview #3, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, lakefront townhouse. The median pending sale price is $303,950 with and average time on market of 54 days.
This week there were 11 homes recorded as SOLD, one more than last week’s 10. The lowest sale price was $235,000 for 1861 F St., a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with 1000 square feet. The highest sale price was $1,600,000 for 2181 Balboa, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 2802 square feet. The median sale price was $455,000 and the average time on the market (including the escrow period) was 133 days.
