The lowest priced new listing is $245,000 for 1884 Guadalupe, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath with 984 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1,195,000 for 455 Lido, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2719 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $355,950.

There were 12 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, down from the previous week’s 14. The lowest priced new escrow is $92,900 for 2656 Kubel, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 504 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $825,000 for 2200 Catalina, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1552 square feet. The median pending sale price is $343,000 with and average time on market of 90 days.

This week there were 12 homes recorded as SOLD, up from last week’s 10. The lowest sale price was $135,000 for 1033 River, a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with 1220 square feet. The highest sale price was $675,000 for 1161 Tokochi, a 5 bedroom, 4 bath with 4041 square feet. The median sale price was $177,800 and the average time on the market (including the escrow period) was 88 days.

The lowest priced new listing is $205,000 for 1319 Meadow Crest, a 2 bedroom with 924 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $697,000 for 498 Christie, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 2766 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $380,125.

There were 14 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, the same amount as the previous 2 weeks. The lowest priced new escrow is $179,000 for 838 Tahoe Keys Blvd., a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with 1064 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $699,000 for 2128 West Way, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2730 square feet. The median pending sale price is $282,450 with and average time on market of 26 days.

This week there were 10 homes recorded as SOLD, one less than last week’s 11. The lowest sale price was $150,000 for 2680 Kubel, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 448 square feet. The highest sale price was $770,000 for 1971 Aloha, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2545 square feet. The median sale price was $238,000 and the average time on the market (including the escrow period) was 76 days.

The lowest priced new listing is $217,000 for 715 Tata, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 864 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1,999,000 for 2130 Inverness, a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath with 3236 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $365,000.

There were 14 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, the same amount as last week. The lowest priced new escrow is $159,900 for 3515 Ferndale, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1196 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $695,000 for 765 Lakeview #3, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, lakefront townhouse. The median pending sale price is $303,950 with and average time on market of 54 days.

The lowest priced new listing is $81,900 for 1223 Bonanza, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 812 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1380,000 for 872 Tata, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1685 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $282,450.

There were 14 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, up from last week’s 14. The lowest priced new escrow is $164,500 for 2577 Armstrong, a 3 bedroom, 1 bath with 832 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $798,000 for 1971 Aloha, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2545 square feet. The median pending sale price is $294,000 with and average time on market of 68 days.

This week there were 10 homes recorded as SOLD, one more than last week’s 9. The lowest sale price was $197,500 for 1200 Wildwood #39, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with 1046 square feet.
