South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market Update Nov. 6- Nov. 12

There were 18 NEW LISTINGS this week, up from last week’s 13.  The lowest priced new listing is for $216,500 and is located at 3675 Larch with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 720 square feet. The highest priced home that went on the market this week is for $2,595,000 for 2151 White Sands in the Tahoe keys. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3862 square feet. The median price for the new listings is $597,000

There were 9 NEW ESCROWS posted this week, up from last week’s 5.  Out of these 9 escrows, the lowest price is for $219,500 for 2268 Sky Meadows, a 1 bedroom and 1 bath home with 540 square feet. The highest priced pending sale is $1,295,000 for 2151 White Sands in the Tahoe Keys neighborhood. This house has 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and 3099 square feet. The median price for the homes that went into escrow is $479,000 with an average number of days on the market being 143.

There were 6 CLOSED sales this week, lower than last week’s 13.  The lowest sale price was $260,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the Sierra Tract neighborhood located at 2572 Elwood. The highest sale price for this week is located at 2177 15^th St., a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home in the Tahoe Island neighborhood which sold for $595,000. The median price among the closed sales is $374,000 and the average time on the market was 180 days.
