The lowest priced new listing is $219,000 for 1998 CHerokee, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1228 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $600,000 for 1876 Guadalupe, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2286 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $334,950.

There were 16 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, up from the previous week’s 12. The lowest priced new escrow is $189,900 for 967 Kiowa, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 912 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $539,000 for 2298 Sutter, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2674 square feet. The median pending sale price is $302,950 with and average time on market of 95 days.

This week there were 5 homes recorded as SOLD, down from last week’s 12. The lowest sale price was $155,000 for 741 Hazel, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1008 square feet. The highest sale price was $1,129,000 for 1615 Venice, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathw ith 3294 square feet. The median sale price was $379,000 and the average time on the market (including the escrow period) was 226 days.
