This past week there were 10 NEW LISTINGS, down from last week’s 16.  The lowest priced new listing is $329,000 for 3049 Oakland, a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath with 1048 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $899,000 for 2149 Inverness with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2490 square feet. The median new listing price is $634,000.

 

There were 7 new ESCROWS this week, the same amount as last week. The lowest priced new escrow is $149,900 for 1909 B St. with 1 bedroom, 0.75 baths and 583 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $1,000,000 for 3371 Lake Tahoe Blvd. #7 with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1787 square feet. The median new escrow price is $568,000 with an average time on market of 107 days.

There were 6 RECORDED SALES this week, up from last week’s 4. The lowest recorded sale is $250,000 for 3877 Crest, a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with 2327 square feet located in the Heavenly neighborhood. The highest recorded sale is $810,000 for 1980 Dagget in the Tahoe keys. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2584 square feet.  The median sale price was $416,250 with an average time on market of 118 days (including the escrow period).
