This week there were 14 new listings, down from last week’s 16. The lowest priced new listing is located at 1129 Herbert A, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath bank owned condo with 1161 square feet listed at $147,300. The highest priced new listing is 1754 Meadow Vale, a 6 bedroom, 5 bath home with 3500 square feet of living space listed at $1,178,000. The median new listing price is $387,950.
There were 12 new ESCROWS this week, the same as last week. The lowest priced new escrow is 1206 Carson with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1008 square feet listed at $199,000 (congratulations to Diane Corvo and Theresa Souers of the Pinnacle Real Estate Group).  The highest priced new escrow is $699,000 for 1646 Oglala, a 4 bedroom, 3.25 bath with 2900 square feet. The median new escrow price is $299,000 with an average time on market of 127 days.

 

There were 5 RECORDED SALES this week, up from last week’s 2. The lowest recorded sale is $305,000 for 810 Michael, a 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath with 1014 square feet in the Tahoe Island neighborhood. The highest recorded sale is $705,000 for 2195 Catalina, a Tahoe Keys home with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2945 square feet. The median sale price is $400,000 with an average time on markert of 104 days (this includes the escrow period.
