South Lake Tahoe Real Estate Market Update, Mar. 12- Mar. 18

This past week there were 19 NEW LISTINGS, up from last week’s 10.  The lowest priced new listing is 1049 Reno, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 889 square feet listed at $199,900. The highest priced new listing is $1,195,000 for 1675 Oneidas, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2483 square feet. The median new listing price is $495,000.

 There were 9 new ESCROWS this week, up from last week’s 7. The lowest priced new escrow is 967 Kiowa for $183,900 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 912 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $599,500 for 870 Clement, a 4 bedroom, 2.75 bath with 2774 square feet. The median new escrow price is $315,000 with an average time on market of 94 days.

There were 7 RECORDED SALES this week, up from last week’s 6. The lowest recorded sale is $155,000 for 790 Anita, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1440 square feet located in the Tahoe Island neighborhood (congratulations to Casey Ressler of the Pinnacle Real Estate Group). The highest recorded sale is $935,000 for 3181 Fresno, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2574 square feet located in Al Tahoe with lake views (congratulations to the Benedicts of the Pinnacle Real Estate Group). The median sale price was $339,000 with an average time on market of 114 days.
