[SinglePic not found]Whoa – this was one busy week in the South Lake Tahoe real estate market with 32 NEW LISTINGS, up from last week’s 28. The lowest priced new listing is $144,000 for 1281 Bonanza, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 870 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1,250,000 for 1775 Venice, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2526 square feet. The median new listing price for this week is $329,000.

Just as last week, there were 16 homes that went into ESCROW. The lowest priced new escrow is $129,000 for 516 Emerald Bay #303, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo aith 480 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $3,200,000 for #3 Lighthouse Shores in the Tahoe Keys neighborhood. The median pending sale price is $409,000 with an average time on market of 78 days.

This week there were 15 homes that were recorded as SOLD, up from last week’s 9. The lowest sale price was $160,000 for 1884 Delta, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with 720 square feet. The highest sale price was $550,000 for 581 Gardner, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 4028 square feet. The median sale price was $290,000 with an average time on market of 125 days.
