According to the South Tahoe Association of Realtors, the South Lake Tahoe real estate market showed 30 NEW LISTINGS this past week, up from the previous week’s 9. The lowest priced new listing is $139,900 for 3305 Treehaven #1, a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex with 960 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $1,988,000 for 3371 Lake Tahoe Blvd. #10, a 4 bedroom, 4 bath lake front townhouse with 3387 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $392,000.
There were 9 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, down from the previous week’s 11. The lowest priced new escrow is $194,000 for 1191 Dedi, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1092 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $1,395,000 for 468 Lido, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2648 square feet. The median pending sale price is $390,000 with an average time on market of 101 days.
The number of closed sales this past week was 11, the same as the previous week. The lowest sale price was $150,000 for 953 Tallac, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with 420 square feet. The highest sale price was $775,000 for 2341 Cold Creek, a 4 bedroom, 3.75 bath with 2703 square feet.
