What a week!  Snow and then incredible blue skies.  During this past week there were 16 NEW LISTINGS, up from last week’s 10.  The lowest priced new listing is $189,900 for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home located at 2691 Genoa with 768 square feet of living space. The highest priced new listing is $1,450,000 for 636 Alpine with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3737 square feet. The median new listing price is $384,000.

There were 7 new ESCROWS this week, up from last week’s 4. The lowest priced new escrow is $160,000 for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 1000 square feet located at 3344 Sandy Way #14. The highest priced new escrow is $554,900 for 1289 Tata, a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2283 square feet. The median new escrow price is $319,000 with an average time on market of 47 days.

There were 4 RECORDED SALES this week, down from last week’s 7. The lowest recorded sale is $190,000 for 2601 Pinter in the Sierra Tract neighborhood with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 720 square feet. The highest recorded sale is $515,000 for 921 Han St. in the South Upper Truckee neighborhood with 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2620 square feet.  The median sale price was $241,500 with an average time on market of 121 days (including the escrow period).
