This week there were 10 NEW LISTINGS, the same amount as last week. The lowest priced new listing is $275,000 for 952 Tahoe Island Dr., a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with 1650 square feet. The highest priced new listing is 319 Beach with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2513 square feet.
There were 4 new ESCROWS this week, one more than last week. The lowest priced new escrow is $284,900 for 849 Chilicothe with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1320 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $669,000 for 2159 Inverness in the Tahoe Keys, a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home with 2206 square feet. This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1294 square feet of living space. The median new escrow price is $354,950 and the average days on market for these escrows is 75.
There were 7 RECORDED SALES this week, one less than last week. The lowest recorded sale is $178,000 for 3344 Sandy Way #6, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 1000 square feet in the Bijou neighborhood. The highest recorded sale is $840,000 for 3535 Bode, also in the Bijou neighborhood with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2746 square feet (congratulations to Mark Salmon with the Pinnacle Real Estate Group). The median sale price was $315,000 with an average time on market of 201 (including the escrow period).
