There were 17 NEW LISTINGS this week, down from last week’s 21. The lowest priced new listing is $204,500 for a gutted home with 2468 square feet that needs to be rebuilt, located in the Montgomery Esates neighborhood at 2419 Lupine. The highest priced new listing is at $4,950,000 for 335 Beach Dr. in the Tahoe Keys with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3867 square feet. The median new listing price this week is $575,000.
There were 4 homes that went into ESCROW this week, down from last week’s 5. The lowest new pending sale is listed at $299,000 with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1152 square feet, located at 1399 Bozeman Dr. in the Pioneer Village area. The highest priced home that went into escrow is listed at $433,600 for 1210 Huph St, a foreclosure home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2244 square feet in the Pioneer Trail neighborhood.
