The South Lake Tahoe real estate market showed 7 NEW LISTINGS this past week, down from the previous week’s 15. The lowest priced new listing is $279,000 for 1020 Cheyenne, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with 1202 square feet. The highest priced new listing is $899,000 for 601 Lucerne, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2388 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $319,900.

There were 11 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, up from the previous week’s 11. The lowest priced new escrow is $194,900 for 2666 Genoa, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1466 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $950,000 for 537 Alpine, a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with 2538 square feet. The median pending sale price is $355,000 with an average time on market of 48 days.

This week there were 8 homes recorded as SOLD, up from last week’s 6. The lowest sale price was $209,900 for 1121 Herbert A a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with 1161 square feet.
