[SinglePic not found]There were 19 new listings this week, up from last week’s 15.  The lowest priced new listing is $275,000 for 1089 Reno, a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with 1586 square feet. The highest priced new listing is 2232 Columbine, a 7 bedroom, 5 bath new construction home with 4746 square feet listed at $1,788,000 (congratulations to Mark Salmon of the Pinnacle Real Estate Group). The median new listing price is $480,000.

There were 10 new ESCROWS this week, the same as the last 2 weeks. The lowest priced new escrow is $289,000 for 1408 Matheson, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1451 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $895,000 for 1971 Aloha, a Tahoe Keys home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2545 square feet. The median new escrow price is $437,450 with an average time on market of 162 days.

There were 6 RECORDED SALES this week, one more than last week. The lowest recorded sale is $270,000 for 793 Modesto, an Al Tahoe home with 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath with 1225 square feet. The highest recorded sale is $439,000 for 1846 Bonanza, a Montgomery Estates home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2122 square feet (congratulations to Don and Theresa Souers of the Pinnacle Real Estate Group). The median sale price is $281,250 with an average time on market of 98 days (this includes the escrow period).
