Why do we still love our job, even after 20 years? Pure and simple – the people we meet. Case in point, we recently closed escrow on a charming cabin in the Gardner Mountain area for a family looking for a vacation get-a-way. They wanted a place where their children could experience mountain living and recreation as well as get away from a more hectic pace of life. They chose a cabin within close proximity to the lake, bike trails and outdoor recreation. The cabin came with many fun “chotchkies” including some old-fashioned toy guns. Once discovered, “Daniel Boone” was alive and exploring the great outdoors. I’ve gotta say, it’s smiles like I saw on their faces this weekend that continue to make me love this career.
