The highest priced new listing is $4,500,000 for 335 Beach St., a 5 bedroom, 4 bath with 3867 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $298,000.There were only 5 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, down from the previous week’s 16. The lowest priced new escrow is $114,000 for 953 Tallac, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath with 420 square feet. The highest priced new escrow is $579,000 for 2303 Sutter, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with 2971 square feet. The median pending sale price is $299,000 with an average time on market of 41 days.
