About Jaime Souers

Jaime has lived in South Lake Tahoe since 1990 and grew up in a family of accomplished realtors. Prior to forming the Pinnacle Real Estate Group of Lake Tahoe, Jaime’s real estate team, The Souers Tahoe Connection, had earned national levels of recognition with one of the country’s most recognized real estate franchises. Over the years, this recognition has included awards representing superior client quality service and sales performance.

As a graduate of Humboldt State University, Jaime holds a degree in Sociology and a Minor in Family Studies. She has also received a California Multiple Subjects teaching credential from National University and has previously taught grade school in the Lake Tahoe Unified School District. Jaime’s experience also includes working for one of South Lake Tahoe’s largest vacation rental management companies giving her additional insight to the needs of property investors in Lake Tahoe.

In 2006, Jaime helped launch Tahoe Home Lookout & Services, which is a caretaker business for second homeowners in the South Lake Tahoe area. About Pat Papp

The "gal of all trades" within our sales team. Pat holds the duties of Escrow Coordinator, Buyers' Specialist and Event Planner.

Pat Papp A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pat earned a Bachelor's degree and teaching credential in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. During the years that she taught school, she coached both volleyball and gymnastics and proceeded to earn a Master's degree in Health Education from West Chester University. Following her teaching career, Pat owned and operated "Expresso Plus, Inc.," a renowned catering and event planning company for over 25 years. Married 35 years, Pat and her husband, Steve have one grown son. Pat's personal hobbies include gourmet cooking, hiking, traveling, reading, outdoor sports and calligraphy.

Actively involved with the South Lake Tahoe community, Pat has participated in the following: Soroptomist, Vice president of the Tahoe Arts Project's Board of Directors, the Coordinator for the American Fair Project, the wedding consultant for Alpina Cafe and as the past reception manager for Lakefront Wedding Chapel.
