Open House and Lake Views

[SinglePic not found]What an incredible array of sunsets we have been blessed with here in Lake Tahoe during the past week.  Evening after evening.  The colors are simply spectacular.  And what a transition opportunity for me to tell you about our upcoming Open House this Saturday.  Between noon and  four o’clock on Saturday, the 1st of August, we will be hosting an Open House at 208 Cedar Ridge in the Lakeridge Estates neighborhood of Zephyr Cove, Nevada.  If you are interested, you can download a flyer to learn more about this fabulous lake view home or check out our visual tour.

Some of our favorite features found throughout this artistic home are the bedrooms with their own fireplaces and private balconies with lake views, the extensive gardens, the formal dining room with its’ own patio, the scrumptious living area and the gourmet kitchen.  As if these features weren’t enough, all of the walls and ceilings feature artistic plaster finish and paint.  Hot water radiant heat is found throughout and the bathrooms are finished with beautiful marble.  Don’t forget to check out the GID private beach and pavilion.
