The Country Club area saw similar activity to the other neighborhoods we follow. While the sold prices are up for both median and average at 23%, some of the other areas have seen some decreases, but we’ll get to that shortly. Other areas that saw increases were pending sales at 15.4%. Percentage of list price (barely) went up at 2%. Closed sales have gone down by 13.3% and new listings went down 2.9% along with the month supply which is at 4.6. This basically means this area is in a seller’s market which explains why prices have gone up, but the amount of new listings has gone down.If you are looking to buy or sell in this area, the days on the market saw a slight decrease around 2%. Not a huge difference, but it does mean that homes are getting and accepting offers a little bit quicker.
