According to the South Tahoe Association of Realtors®’ MLS, there were 10 closed escrows in the Black Bart neighborhood during 2011. The year before in 2010 there were 9 closed sales and in 2009 there were 7. The median sales price for the homes that sold in 2011 was $255,000. Black Bart was one of the few neighborhoods that actually saw an increase in the median home price as compared to 2010 which had a median sale price of $240,000. However, the median price has decreased since 2009 when it was $470,000.
