The highest priced new listing is $12,900,000 for 969 Lakeview, a 9 bedroom, 5 bath home with 14,336 square feet. This week’s median listing price is $447,000.
There were 10 homes that went into ESCROW this past week, down from the previous week’s 11. The lowest priced new escrow is $67,900 for 1223 Bonanza, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo with 812 square feet.
