The highest is $1,295,000 for 1615 Venice, a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with 3294 square feet. The median price for the new listings is $459,000.

There were 8 new ESCROWS this week, down from last week’s 14. The lowest priced new pending sale is $237,500 for 2768 Saint Nick Way in Christmas Valley. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1196 square feet. The highest priced new pending sale is $544,900 for 315 Uplands in the Heavenly area with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2264 square feet. There were 14 homes that went into ESCROW this week, down from last week’s 17. A 1 bedroom 1 bath home on 3401 Freel is the lowest priced new escrow with an asking price of $169,000. The highest priced home that went into escrow this week is 2008 Marconi, a Tahoe Keys home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2873 square feet. The median price for these pending sales is $329,900.

The highest priced new listing is $1,295,000 for a Tahoe Keys home at 1992 Marconi with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2663 square feet. The median price for the new listings is $599,000.
There were also 17 homes that went into ESCROW this week, up significantly from last week’s 6.  The lowest priced pending sale is $182,400 for 1065 Mohawk in the Meyers neighborhood with 3 bedrooms and 1510 square feet. The highest priced pending sale this week is $1,150,000 for 537 Alpine in the Tahoe Keys with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and 2538 square feet. The median price for the pending sales is $379,900 with an average time on market of 65 days.
